"She will eat whatever is served up for tonight's meal." It was Acacia. She was giving her a withering look. Willow nodded bleakly. In the eyes of the Alphess, she didn't seem to be able to do anything right. Maybe I won't fit in with the Pack as much as I'd hoped... Willow thought. She felt alone and helpless, and so young. She mentally shook herself, trying to clear her mind. "Okay," she replied to Acacia, as calmly and casually as she could, trying not to betray her feelings of dread.
"Everyone will be served the same, and as of tomorrow, I will arrange what to do for those with varied taste." Willow nodded again. She didn't need to be taken care of. She could take care of herself. Willow could hunt her own meals. If she permits it, that is. Willow still hadn't forgotten her first embarrassing mistake on the porch.
People were starting to leave, and Willow realised they were looking for rooms. I should find one myself... She turned to Acacia, not wanting to mess up again. "I'll go find a room for the night, Willow said, dejected. She'd said 'for the night' for a reason. Even if the Council had ordered her to the Pack House, there was always that chance that she would be turned away.
She pulled her luggage behind her and went off to explore the house, and find a suitable room. Maybe I'll get to stay for more than a night, she thought. Maybe, just maybe, I'll stay forever.

OOC: I think I'll give my exits moods now xD Mentioned: Alphess Acacia
Slender woman had heard the light remark from Christian as she caught his wink and merely tossed back a comfy grin, she had to admit, as irritating as the male could be he was good company when it boiled down to it. As she had commented to herself and began skimming the sheets within her grasp she heard the faintest return of conversation, "два медикам. благословение в войне. да?" It had appeared the bulky Russian man had followed at her heel, listening to her muttering as he offered his input.
"Конечно, но , до тех пор у нас нет никакой использовать так много," Acacia spoke somewhat lighter, the Russian heritage of hers bleeding through her heavy accent as she soon glanced around the room, "Мне нужно будет назначить им другую роль в то же время." Soon enough she shifted, bare feet allowing toes to flex as she expelled a light breath, multiple bodies began to disperse, seeking the rooms Christian had pointed out no doubt. She would watch as the young figure, Willow, left. Part of Acacia felt bad for how she currently treated the young woman, but it was to be expected when the somewhat cocky child entered her territory and immediately requested permission to hunt.
When Christian eventually sauntered from the room to go about sorting out a meal, the slightest of smiles lingering upon her face as she tilted her head back to Genevieve's papers to continue her reading. As she flicked through the first two pieces she would come across an official looking letter, one that made it clear it was to be completely read and understood. Slipping into silence the tall standing female seemingly became immersed in reading, re-reading and occasional squinting of eyes as she took her time to know what it was about this particular female she was required to know. Thus far, all she'd read, was that Genevieve was new to this life; she'd merely been of Lycanthrope blood for 10 years.
This minor fact was repeated within her mind, bringing minor angst to the platinum haired woman, 'She wouldn't of learned everything about what she is in such short at time.' Her slight discomfort for that short period to be noticed in posture shift as she decided to continue reading whilst the others went about their business. She had it set that she would indeed arrange to talk to the dread-locked lycan at a later point in time, if not that same night then the next day.
His gaze drifted between things that moved, his patient eyes noting the delicate and passionate nature of youth. He observed the coqettish back and forth of Kari and Everett, remembering (perhaps) a time and place eons ago when he shared such subtle exchanges with women of similar breeding and age.
… He was so much older now. It was not often he met wolves that shared his grey hairs and lived the history he had... and compared to many, he was already an elder that ought be retired despite the health and vigor still locked in his bones. As their leader spoke of ranks and responsibilities - of duties - and the necessity of each creature being in their place, he remained stoic.
He had came with no letter and had told her not of the Council's suggestion of his presence. And it was unlikely he would offer that information (or any other details about himself) if she did not ask. But if that was the case, what would Acacia assume about him, where would she place him?
In response to her words, Rux merely 'Hmm'd a contemplative noise, indicating his understanding and little more as his ears caught the barest of mutterings from Willow as she left. The room was emptying indeed and when he glanced to the Alpha again she was engrossed in her notes.
Kari listened to dark-haired young man as he spoke, her eyes sparked with polite interest. His warm, friendly tone had removed all suspicion the female once had that he might be aggressive or cruel. There was something deeply genuine about the kindness in his voice. "Hello Kari, my name is Everett. How was your journey here?" Kari smiled softly. "Hello, Everett. It's a pleasure to meet you." Kari's voice was soft and polite, the sharp edge to her voice now vanishing as she relaxed. The male before her seemed nice enough, and, with the exit of the Russian man to the front porch, the number of people had continued to lessen and allow Kari to feel more comfortable in her new environment. "And my journey was just fine, thank you. Not too far, I suppose. I hope yours was not overly arduous." She spoke to the other lycanthrope with a smile set upon her lips, her brown eyes holding a soft, warm expression to match.
It was not long after that a delicious scent began to waft into the lounge from the kitchen, and Kari realized with embarrassment that she had meant to assist Christian with making dinner. I'd best go see if he still needs any help... she thought to herself. She looked up at Everett once again and gave him a nod of farewell and a smile before turning away in the direction of the kitchen. Walking in that direction, she hesitantly pushed the door open and stepped into the doorway, looking to see that Rayne had also arrived to help. Kari greeted her with a polite nod and a soft smile before stepping fully into the room.
Everett smiled as Kari became more comfortable in their conversation. "My journey here was lovely, thanks." he responded in a kind matter. He noticed a smile spread across her face and her eyes becoming soft. He looked into them for a few seconds, his eyes responding by being bright and kind. After a few moments, he could smell something delicious being made in the kitchen and he just noticed how hungry he was. When was the last time I ate? Probably yesterday morning, I can't remember. He was always excited for food, especially when he didn't have to cook it himself. He does like cooking and such, but it is a nice treat to have someone else do it.
He looked down at Kari again right as she gave a nod of farewell with a smile and went the direction of the kitchen. Everett watched her walk, leaning back up against the wall with a slight sigh. He was going to enjoy his time here, that was for sure. Remembering that he had yet to claim a room, Everett made sure he had all his stuff and walked out of the lounge to scope out a suitable room for his stay.
Genevieve had been one of the last to enter the lounge area of the massive home. Confined spaces with this many individuals around her was making her paranoid and anxious. She kept her hands within her jacket pockets, but she bet they were clenched tight enough that her knuckles turned as white was white-out. She heard the offer of alcohol by the male, she remembered he was introduced as Christian. In any other circumstance where the one offering was human and female, where Gen was in a familiar area, she probably would have agreed. However, in this situation she would like to keep herself from being inhibited.
Blinking she moved to the far wall, away from the front door and away from where the kitchen was located. She leaned her back against the wall, her feet out in front of her as she kept her head to the ground. She only really paid attention to the names of Acacia and Christian, everyone else she would need to be introduced to, again. She let out the smallest of sighs as the stress of this situation was beginning to get to her. She tried to keep even, shallow breaths, but with so many strong scents around her, she was beginning to get dizzy. God, she would not pass out in front of all these people, anything but that.
She took the moment to take deep breaths through her mouth, however the taste buds against her tongue could taste the smells. She promptly closed her mouth with a click before trying to breath through her nose. This worked better but she was still being overwhelmed by smells. Watching as some of the females drifted off to find their rooms, Genevieve thought that would probably be the best bet for her.
She moved quickly, probably quicker than a human would, but Gen was not paying enough attention to realize this. All she needed right now was to escape this room, escape all these new smells and senses, and the lingering desire of something she was not aware of. Moving quickly down the hallway, she came to the only room the appeared be left and stepped inside, shutting the door behind her.

Acacia had lingered over the papers in hand longer than planned, the dispersal of numerous more bodies from the main living area leaving her basically alone as she took in a deep breath and somewhat questioned what she would do with the sudden increase in household numbers. "Guess it's all or nothing," she'd mutter to herself as she watched the fading silhouette of intriguing, red-haired woman, her statement though more towards the numbers the Council sent out of the blue. Quizzical look, one of primarily interest layered over her visage as she eventually pulled from her mindset and peered towards the kitchen where numerous bodies had wandered off too.
She'd be given little time to relax herself as many would be doing within their own rooms before dinner as soon enough she heard the rumble of a second motorcycle pulling up and soon following would be a knock at the door. "This will is going to be a long night," she'd let slip through her thin lips as she rolled her shoulders back and began to stride out of the room the same way she'd entered, an Alpha never got a break from what she'd learned. Acacia didn't mind crowds, but she knew that multiple unknown entities within a single building could cause tension, displeasure and on occasion violence which she didn't approve of in her home. But, it would be her duty as of this night and many to come, to ensure those placed in her 'care' were given a chance to prove themselves while being offered a place in her pack if they followed the rules.
