Xalia brought herself within her room, looking around as she studied the area around her. She knew that her bedroom was styled completely the way she had wanted it, an older looking victorian style bedroom. She couldn't help that she was born for the finer things in life, so instead, she brought herself to walk towards the large dresser that lay underneath a mirror, pulling open of the drawers to reveal pairs of jeans all neatly folded inside. Skimming her hands over them, she pulled out a pair that was ripped up and down the legs. They were skinny jeans, but they fit her curves naturally, so she instead brought herself to shed the clothes she was currently wearing, only leaving her black laced undergarments on. Pulling the skinny jeans up her legs, she quickly pulled them up and around her hips with a little hop, before buttoning them.
Once finished there, she moved towards where her large closet was, and grabbed a hold of a white tank top that she pulled on, moving herself to look at the small array of shirts that she had as well. Picking out a light blue flannel that almost matched the color of her jeans, she slid her arms through the sleeves and slightly adjusted the collar before moving towards where her old clothes lay on the floor. Picking them up, something fluttered from the pocket. It was the small piece of paper that Jace had handed her. It had his phone number on it, and she contemplated reaching for her phone that was currently lying atop her dresser to call the given number. Flopping down on her bed to where her black curls surrounded her head against the bed, her blue eyes scanned the little piece of paper, bringing herself to have her legs bent and dangling from the bed, while she lay her back against the plush furniture.
Xalia's gaze sharpened upon the female as she spoke. "Even if there was someone in the house, you can't just come barging in, thinking that it'll be alright for you to do so. If I were home, you would have been dead the instant you stepped foot inside my house," She growled out, bringing the knife down and letting it settle against the kitchen counter. "You're very naive for glaring at my clan members, I could have your throat for that," She said, having noticed the small glare. "You were sent by the Council, but the Council has no jurisdiction over what happens within my clan home, and actions that I take upon intruders, remember that," She said, before taking a step back.
She let her fangs slowly slide back to the way they had been, and her eyes converted back to the blue she usually had. "But, if you're so inclined to make dinner, then I guess you can cook for the ones whom haven't eaten yet, myself and Lyra here," She pointed towards Lyra, the first to arrive. "Are famished since we didn't get to hunt while in town," Xalia then brought herself towards the doorway to the lounge, wanting to head upstairs to adorn some comfier attire for the evening, and she looked over towards Jackal, the only male currently within the house with them. "Don't have too much fun with all the ladies while I'm upstairs," She chuckled, giving him a sly little wink before making her way upwards towards her room.
I want to get better with coding and all that, so it was just a sample and starting template, but I'd like to make everyone's specifically for them and all If you're extremely talented with templates like that, I would love to see your guys' work tho! It'd give me some ideas xD
So I made this, all by myself; its one of the ones that doesn't scroll however I was trying to test out making my own templates that didn't scroll, considering I know how to make the ones that scroll somewhat well. So feedback?
Also wanted to know if you guys would want to use these as templates for the site? They'd be free for all members to use in my opinion
Xalia could hear the clamoring from her kitchen, she was already on edge, but this was truly something that she had expected. Not only were they raiding her home, they were also making themselves at home while they were doing it. Letting out a small hiss, the leader made her way towards the entrance of the kicthen, where she peered in, letting her blood red eyes glance over towards the females that were in her kitchen, and by far, it didn't seem like either knew how to cook. Letting out a small growl as she realized that they were cooking what she'd decided upon to have as a dinner of sorts tonight by herself, she quickly made herself known as she launched at the closest female vampire, grabbing the knife of the counter that she'd been cutting with and holding it to her neck as Xalia's fangs were very, very apparent against her peeled back lips. "Might I ask what the both of you are doing in my home, cooking my food, and dirtying my dishes?" She emphasized the word my verbally, her muscles coiling as she pressed the knife into the others neck, knowing that one quick slice would leave the other in a little bit of pain, even if the wound were to heal later on.
Xalia was no one to deal with intruders. She absolutely hated when anyone thought that her property could just be walked upon by them without her consent, especially if she wasn't there. These vampires, even if they were sent by the Council. Had to idea of the grave mistake they'd made. They'd threatened her by disrespecting her, and not waiting for her to return home, instead, they waltzed right in and cooked her food, they could have stolen something from her for all she knew, and she let out a small growl at the thought, letting her grip upon the knife grow firm as she awaited, red eyes glaring into the others, awaiting her answer as to why she was in Xalia's house, and in her kitchen cooking.
Xalia had brought a rather large group back with her, and she'd not have thought that her small trip into the Neutral Territories would be so eventful. Especially with her meeting Jace, as well as the others that were there. It was obviously nice to see that Liam was still trudging away at his job, and that the male hadn't ceased his career quite yet, but she did worry for him a little bit. He was her favorite human. Not to mention, he didn't fine her at all for anything that she ordered. Her head tilted slightly as she brought it back around, rolling her neck similarly in a smooth motion that allowed her to feel the muscles ripple underneath. Her black curly hair rolled with, and she brought her eyes upon the home that she'd known only to be hers for the time being. She caught the scent of other Vampires there, and immediately let out a small hiss towards the house, knowing that someone had barged in.
"It seems I have some unexpected guests whom have barged into my home," Xalia said, turning towards her new clanmates, her eyes flashing red as her senses to protect her home took over. She didn't want to greet them to their home with an attack, that was for sure, so she instead make her way into the house, seeing as the door was open, but thankfully Lyra's stuff had remained untouched.
Xalia looked towards the vampire, seeing that she was providing flattery with her first statement, returning the gesture that Xalia had extended towards the female in front of her. listening to the red haired female in front of her, Xalia let a small frown come across her face. What was this, some sort of extensional mission that the vampire was upon? The Council had told her there would only be one battlefield and that was here. "I'm sorry, but I haven't heard any news of others being within wars, I can understand if there's another clan that you've come from, and the Council drug you here simply for the matter of strengthening our numbers, but they've only told me of this battlefield. It would be too catastrophic to have more than one, if you remember our history correctly of course," Xalia said, looking to the Vampire in front of her. She knew that this might go right over the female in front of her, but instead, she turned her attention towards Jackal, the male she'd been toying with during the first few moments of her time here.
Smiling towards him politely, she did notice that her meal was gone, and that left only one thing to do, was bring the newcomers back to the house. "I don't care about your past, you're here under my rules. I will see your worth, and will determine what you will do for my Clan," She said, a small, dangerous look slithering across her face as she gazed upon the red head she'd been talking too previously again. She knew that she needed to show she wasn't just a playful leader. She could kill if she really had too. And she wasn't afraid too either. Bringing her attention towards Jackal, she smiled sweetly towards him. "We should get all of you home, and fitted into the house as soon as possible," Her eyes quickly looking towards Jace once more if he were still there. Her gaze lingered, and then drifted back towards the group, acknowledging the other that was there. "You can introduce yourself later my dear, I'm assuming you'll be accompanying us to the house," She stated, not leaving it a question for the girl to answer as she looked to the bar, waving to Liam before heading towards the door, ignoring the Lycan that was there completely. She hated the foul beasts.
They were the reason that her son was taken, that her son had to be different, and treated differently. She'd have them pay for that, and she'd not stop at anything for such a punishment to be dealt for by her, and her alone. She would make them atone for what they'd done, and the things that they'd done to make her child suffer. Although it was just one, it made her hate the entire species that was before her, engaging her clan in battle. Letting out a small hiss as she exited the place, she tried to calmly make her way outwards, before dashing back to the house, knowing that the others would hopefully follow.
Xalia looked towards Jace, he was an interesting character to say the least, and he answered her question with nothing other than the answer she knew he might have. He did have a home here, but the way that he seemed to position himself, made him almost seem tense, as if he was simply trying to hide something from her. But, she wouldn't nudge too much, as rogue vampires weren't under the rules the Council had provided. Although there would be no fighting in the neutral territories between the Clan or Pack, if this rogue were to attack her, or one of her own, she'd defend them as well as she could. "That's good you have a home, I'd have offered a place within my clan if not," She said, blue eyes looking towards the Vampires that were mentioned. They'd been getting along together it seemed, even with the presence of a Lycan. Her eyes then flickered back to Jace, whom had ordered a meal from one of the waiters. She smiled at the human food he was getting. It suited the person he was after all, and she'd have not thought any different of his choice upon food.
"It seems I forgot to introduce myself as well, my name is Xalia," She said, looking towards him with curious eyes as she looked around, noticing that there was a female vampire, one that she didn't recognize, within the bar area now. My, they were all flocking to her like a well behaved herd of sheep. She was delighted to see who this female was, and if she held any sort of information from the Council, and that was why she was here. "It seems we have quite the crowd in here today," She mentioned to the male, looking towards him once more. Fairly attractive, he was a pleasure to talk to, and she'd not bat an eye at him if he were of any other sort. But it seems she was taking a liking to the male. "I'll have to go confront the new ones, see who they are, get to know where they came from," She said, rising from her seat, but before she left, she looked towards Liam, the man behind the counter. "Liam, do you happen to have pencil and paper that I could borrow?" She asked him, and he smiled towards her, handing her the supplies she needed without hesitation. "Thank you," She said, smiling towards the male human whom was grinning ear to ear at her praise.
Scribbling down a number, hers specifically, she placed it in front of the male vampire she'd been talking to, giving him a small smile. "I do expect you to contact me if you're ever looking for a clan, or someone to talk too," She said with a playful smirk towards him. She was curious about him to say the least, to see if he would contact her. Part of her was hoping he did, considering he seemed strong and wise, she needed those two attributes within her clan. But for right now, she was going to let the male decipher on his own what he wanted to do while in Toronto.
Picking up her glass, she almost glided over towards the girl with fiery red hair that was present. "Might I ask what a lovely little vampire like you is doing around here?" She said in a hushed voice so that no one could hear her. She'd remain standing, leaning against the bar at most. She'd been all over already, and her and Lyra hadn't had the chance to chase after their prey. Hopefully they'd still catch them on their way out, as they were still dining from what Xalia could hear. Hopefully so; or else she'd hunt another on the way out. The pretty little waitress seemed like a great deal, the one that had served Jace, but she'd feel terrible towards Liam if that were so. She favored the human, like she would a pet. So, she instead settle on one of the patrons if the ones she'd been eyeing before were gone by the time she finished here.
Xalia listened to what the male said, and smiled towards him. He had moved here, but was it on his own accord? Did the Council have anything to do with him at that moment? She pondered upon the thoughts, but she didn't quite want to ask him, considering it could be seen as rude. But as he talked about having all of his stuff within a trailer, she wondered if he had a home to go too, or if he was still working on that part of the moving. Usually, others that were moving here beforehand would purchase a home in order to have somewhere to stay once they got here, but some didn't, which is why she would ask. "Do you already have a home around here?" The question was stated casually, as she knew that it would sound like any normal conversation.
Her blue eyes glanced over towards another Vampire that entered, as well as the smell of a Lycan somewhere in here. She knew that the thing wouldn't do any harm, at least if they were with the pack, or saw the collection of Vampires she had at her disposal to rid of them. No matter how good a Lycan may be at fighting, having at least six or seven vampires there that she could at least ask for help, he'd be looking for trouble if he tried rubbing her the wrong way. She despised Lycans, all except for her hybrid son. That was the only one she could stand, but her son was part Vampire as well, so the Lycanthrope within him wasn't large. Or at least, when she last saw him it wasn't. Who knew what the Council had done to her son once they had taken him into custody.
Shaking the thoughts from her ever growing stack of questions, she was now alert, keeping her attention on the new Vampire, her Clan members, as well as the Vampire in front of her. She couldn't have anything slipping from her attention, especially if it could decide life or death. She didn't know the man in front of her, nor did she know what this new vampire, or this new Lycan that had entered would be capable of. She just hoped they made the smart decision and not make a scene in public.
This Rule does not apply to fighting, public displays of affection, or any gore at all Battles should be done at the viewers discretion, and if they're being a little overboard, we do tend to warn them down a little, but not too much, as its the writers mind that comes to life
So it does not apply to anything but Giving birth and sex
Xalia looked towards Jace, the now named Male as he spoke. She saw that a waitress had approached her group of vampires, and she quietly gave them a small threatening look, saying if they were to be rude they would get the brute end of her scolding. Turning her attention back to Jace, she smiled at the comment. "Oh, I know the Bartender personally, he won't charge me a dime," She said, looking over towards Liam whom didn't have as sharp of ears as he thought he did. She knew that he wouldn't hear her, which is why she had stated it so casually. This male however, hadn't seemed to know her name, so maybe he was just a rogue passing through the territory.
"Tell me about yourself Jace, I'd like to get to know the person I'm buying for," She said with a smile, waving over towards Liam. "I'll take another," She said with a smile towards the white male that stood there, and he gave a smile and nod before getting her drink prepared. It would be the same Blue Russian that she had before, and it soon placed before her in a tidy manner. He didn't shy away from the eyes that glimpsed over him, and Xalia knew that she had attracted the bartender in ways that she could imagine would be dangerous for a Human. Returning her blue gaze towards Jace, she took a sip from her drink, not breaking her eye contact. She really wanted to know what someone like him was doing within the neutral territories, and if the Council had sent him.
Xalia had been preoccupied with Jackal, he was much too fun to be around, and it proved to her that he would be a good personality to be involved with. As he mentioned playing nice with Lyra, she was about to provide him with a response when another female approached, someone that was stating she was from the Council, and handed a paper towards Xalia. "Darling, there's no need for that," She said, waving off the small piece of paper. Looking over the girl, she smiled to her. "I find it fit that you aren't lying to me, and if you were, well, the Council should have told you how much I hated liars," She quipped, looking towards Jackal as a small warning to him as well.
But what caught her attention was another vampire that entered. He was different, his posture rough and rather ragged, something that fit a rogue such as himself. She knew that he however, was not here without purpose, although that purpose he himself did not seem to acknowledge at first either. Bringing herself up from her seat, she brought herself over to him, presenting a posture that was dominant and telling him that she was friendly all the same. "Why hello there, may I ask your name?" She supported the question with a small wave to Liam. "I'll be paying for him as well," She smiled towards the bartender whom only nodded towards her commands. He'd seen who she was truly, and wouldn't say anything to upset or go against her. She loved how humans acted like that.
Xalia looked towards the Liam, smiling to him as he returned with her drink, a small Blue Russian that she could sip on as she held a steady gaze on the male vampire, keeping her posture dominant while he brought himself closer. She had far too many encounters like this, the Vampire finding themselves all high and mighty or too much below her to even look at her directly. This male was of the former, bringing himself close enough that she could easily smell the alcohol on his breath, and she looked over him, letting her blue eyes clash against his as she let her dominance bring itself forth. She took a sip of her drink and listened to his statements, noting how he spoke, the way he looked at her for something more than just casual conversation. "Well Jackal, you're quite the character," She said, not looking away as she took a sip of her drink. "I'll have to keep that in mind when talking with the Council next," She scoffed, pulling herself back to a more relaxed position, taking a sip of her drink as she let her eyelids fall slightly, her head leaning back as she gulped down the entire drink.
She had an idea of why this male was looking towards her, he wanted something much more than to join her pack. He wanted to have fun with all the females that would be there. She found it amusing that he wanted such things, but she could admit that she would indeed find herself attractive if she were to have been looking through another's eyes. "Well, not sticking around after the war? My, and I thought we could be friends," She scoffed, her eyes daringly looking into his once more, challenging him. He'd be fun to play with, and she was already enjoying her time. But, she didn't want to necessarily leave Lyra out of the conversation. "If you're going to be joining me, then you should at least have some respect for my company as well," She said, beckoning towards the girl next to her. "Her name is Lyra and I expect you both to play nicely,"
